Does Easy Barcode Creator support Bar Width Adjustment (a.k.a. BWR)?

No - Easy Barcode Creator doesn't support Bar Width Adjustment. Bar Width Adjustment (also referred to as Bar Width Reduction, or BWR) is used to compensate for printing processes that output bars wider or narrower than desired. Commonly, commercial printing equipment will introduce a certain amount of ink spread (a.k.a. press gain) that you should compensate for, since a barcode is made of precise measurements.

Most of our customers don't need to make Bar Width Adjustments to compensate for ink spread due to printing. In practice, your barcode is completely readable, however, it isn't technically perfect, and if your printer introduces enough spread it might make your barcode unreadable. We highly recommend testing your barcode before going to production.
