Why isn't my activation code working?

Here's how to troubleshoot an activation code that's not working:

1. Does your Easy Barcode Creator license match the version of the software you're trying to activate? Make sure you are working with the correct version.
2. Copy and paste the activation code directly into the code field – don't type it, to make sure "0" and "O" characters and the like are properly entered.
