If you see an Exception Error, this likely indicates a problem with your preferences file. Here's how to fix it:
- Quit out of Easy Barcode Creator if it's running.
- Delete the "Easy Barcode Creator.xml" file at the following path:
Mac:/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Easy Barcode Creator.xml
Windows:C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Easy Barcode Creator.xml
On a Mac, this is the user's Library folder, not any other Library folder. The user's Library folder might be hidden. To open it, hold down the Option key in the Finder and choose Library from the Go menu.
On Windows, the “AppData” folder is usually hidden. To go straight to the right folder, press Windows+R, type
%APPDATA%, and press Enter.
Launch Easy Barcode Creator, then re-enter your activation code when prompted.
